Patents Reloaded

2 days on patent reforms and strategies
in Brussels on 6‑7 December 2012

30 years! That's how long we've been waiting for the Unitary Patent to come into force. Now we're only several feet from the door. If the voting and ratification processes finally succeed, Europe will have the best patent system ever, at least on paper.

But before we're done with this matter, there's plenty of issues to be solved. Thanks to the IP Summit, there's a place to discuss every important financial and business aspects relating to patents, but also reforms in Europe, the America Invents Act, patents in BRICS, PCT and harmonization, and of course, antitrust.

On December 6-7 at the Radisson Blu Royal in Brussels, the IP Summit will return for its 5th edition, but only for the 1st time with two days entirely focused on patents. The IP Summit "Trademarks" will follow in Alicante on December 10-11. Let's enjoy the best of both worlds this year.
